We’ll kick things off with the Knowledge Transfer stage. This will take approximately one (1) month to complete.  At the conclusion of this stage, a thorough understanding of your current status, your operations, and your needs and expectations will be known. Together, we will be on the way to building the relationship and rapport necessary for me to become a trusted partner.

The Knowledge Sharing stage is intended to be perpetual.  We will generally follow a standardized monthly (and/or quarterly) set of reporting, communication, and collaboration calls.  Throughout the duration, you will receive valuable information that will provide the tools necessary to make informed, data-driven decisions.  We will determine the specific scope and the associated deliverables that will create the most value for you. 

The Knowledge Creation stage is intended to be delivered on an as-needed basis for Specific Projects at your request.  We can collaborate to define the scope, deliverables, and duration of the Specific Projects.
